Unable to Access DCI Mobile App on Android Device

If you are having trouble accessing the DCI mobile app and your screen is displaying a never-ending loading/spinning login screen, please follow these instructions to clear your app data:

How to clear the DCI App Data on any Android Device

Note: The wording on settings and buttons may vary by device and/or Android version. If an exact match is not found, look for a similarly named setting/button.

  1. Navigate to Device Settings.
  2. Select “Apps & Notifications. Apps_and_permissions.png
  3. Search for and select the “DCI” app.
  4. Select “Storage”.Storage.png
  5. Select “Clear Data”Clear_Data.png
  6. Select “OK” to confirm the action. 
  7. The App Data has been successfully cleared.
