How to clear the DCI App Data on any Android Device
Note: The wording on settings and buttons may vary by device and/or Android version. If an exact match is not found, look for a similarly named setting/button.
- Navigate to Device Settings.
- Select “Apps & Notifications.
- Search for and select the “DCI” app.
- Select “Storage”.
- Select “Clear Data”
- Select “OK” to confirm the action.
- The App Data has been successfully cleared.
