My mobile app login screen won't stop loading/spinning on my Android device.

If you are having trouble accessing the DCI mobile app and your screen is displaying a never ending loading/spinning login screen, please follow these instructions to clear your app data:

How to clear the DCI App Data on any Android Device

Note: The wording on settings and buttons may vary by device and/or Android version. If an exact match is not found, look for a similarly named setting/button.

  1. Navigate to Device Settings.
  2. Select “Apps & Notifications. 
  3. Search for and select the “DCI” app.
  4. Select “Storage”.
