I can't select a client or cost center

When using the New Entry Wizard to enter a punch, you may be required to type in a Cost Center or Client, and select the appropriate one when it appears:

If the Cost Center or client does not appear when you type any part of it, it means that you do not have a service account for this type of service in the particular Cost Center or with the particular client. Contact your supervisor or employer to verify that you should have a service account linked to this Cost Center or client.
