The DCI Portal provides a Forgot Password function right on the login page. Simply click the Forgot Password link and enter your email address. The system will send you an email that will allow you to reset your password. You must know the answer to your security question in order to reset your password. If you do not remember your security question, contact your supervisor or Fiscal Agent. They will send you a reset password email that will also allow you to reset your security question.
NOTE: Security question answers are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they were when you set them up.
